  • Glenfiddich 12 Years

It takes some determination to build a distillery by hand, but that is precisely what William Grant and his 9 (yes, 9) children did back in 1886. After twelve months of what must have been hard labour the distillery was ready and named Glenfiddich, Gaelic for Valley of the Deer, and started production on Christmas Day 1887 Glenfiddich is one of the few single malt distilleries to remain entirely family owned and is now one of the World’s Most Awarded Single Malt* Scotch Whisky Distilleries. Something tells me that Mr Grant would be very proud!

  • Luc Belaire Brut Gold

Established in 1868 Maison Belaire has always strived to show the best of France. Consequently (and quite unusually) they are not tied to one single area or indeed a particular region. Instead they create their Rose in Provence much famed for producing Rose wines and produce the Blanc using only Chardonnay from Burgundy, home to the classic wines of Chablis. The philosophy is simple- use the grapes where they best originate from to make good quality refreshing sparkling wines.
